Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: San Diego, Los Angeles and Oxnard Counties
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and staff
- Collaborate with families to implement ABA strategies
- Monitor and adjust treatment as necessary
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: San Diego, Los Angeles and Oxnard Counties.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy based on BCBA-designed programs
- Collect data and provide progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
Requirements
Requirements:
- RBT certification (We offer assistance with certification if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for working with children and families
